Sheet Metal Cutting
Laser
We operate a 3KW CNC fiber laser as our main way of cutting material. We can cut parts quickly and precisely allowing us to give you a better part, quicker.
This is our go-to for stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, brass and copper.
Shear
We operate a 10 foot shear capable of shearing material up to 1/4” thick.
It shines in large production of the same shape part. Things like strips or square/rectangle parts.
It is also out way of cutting specialty sheet material such as perforated and expanded metals.
